The Cut

Where the X meets the metal.

Up to 60 kW of fiber-laser power, 3 G acceleration and ±0.05 mm accuracy. Production at the speed of light.

Bending

Genius PLUS X.

Co-engineered with MicroStep Europe. Not the previous generation improved, but a press brake laid out again from the frame up, and the first machine to carry the X into bending.

The series in four numbers.

Press force from 60 up to 600 tons, which is 600 to 6,000 kN, on bending lengths from 2 up to 6 metres. The same control, the same clamping standard and the same GAM service at every size in the range.

Energy efficiency is measured against a conventional press brake.

Designed again, not carried forward.

The architecture was modelled in 3D CAD with stress and deformation analysed before a single part was cut. The result is 15% higher overall rigidity, which is where a lasting bend result starts.

BGA back gauge, up to six axes.

X and R are CNC controlled as standard and the back gauge itself extends to six axes. The X axis travels at 1,000 mm/s and the Z axis at 800 mm/s, positioning to 0.01 mm.

The same angle from end to end.

The EVO-GO electro-hydraulic system works with the CNC controlled ACCURL ULTRA crowning system, so the bend angle holds across the full length of the beam rather than drifting toward the centre.

Front supports that carry the sheet with you.

An intelligent front support system with adaptive assistance takes the weight of the blank, which is what turns a large part from a two-person job into a one-person job.

ACCURL clamping, fitted as standard.

ACCURL quality tool clamps of the PROMECAM type, pneumatically operated by the Air System, come with the machine rather than as an upgrade.

Electro-hydraulic drive, and a visible guard.

The press drive combines the strengths of both drive technologies, from 11.3 to 44.8 kW. The LazerSafe laser barrier keeps the guard where the operator can see it.

Also available: a tool store integrated into the side panel, remote diagnostics, and tandem or tridem configurations for long work.

Control

Delem DA-66S or DA-69S control, as standard.

2D programming on the DA-66S, 2D and 3D on the DA-69S. Either one calculates the bending sequence and detects collisions on its own. A full setup covers several tool stations at once and answers the only question that matters at the screen: can this part be made, and in what order. Control systems from ESA or Cybelec are available as alternatives.

01United StatesFiber laser cutting machine

A cutting machine had been down for close to a month. Accurl engineer Cheng went out to the site, traced the fault to a laser cable that had not seated correctly inside the cutting unit, and had the machine running again within two hours. Stress testing followed, and it has run without interruption since.

He quickly found the customer issue, noticed the laser light cable was not properly locked within the cutting unit. Only two hours of onsite troubleshooting and he had a solution. The customer is impressed.

Behind every machine

Service starts with an identity.

A service system is only as good as its records. Every X machine is built, numbered and archived so that support still has something to work from years later, wherever the machine is standing.

A serial number and a QR code on every machine

Each X machine carries its own serial number and QR code, so authenticity is verified rather than assumed.

The full history, on request at any point

Behind that number sits the complete record for that specific machine, backup data included, retrievable at any time in its life.

Built in one place, under controlled conditions

All X Series production runs at the Accurl New Smart Factory, in temperature-controlled workshops. Precision machining and assembly do not tolerate a moving reference.

AuthenticitySample data

Check a machine against the record.

Scan the code on the machine, or type its serial number. The record comes back with the machine: what it is, when and where it was built, how it is configured, and who is authorised to service it. A number that is not in the record returns nothing, and that is the part that matters.
