At the top of the new platform is the MasterLINE X, which, as the high-end machine in the series, has been consistently designed for maximum dynamics, precisionand performance. With its extremely high acceleration values, outstanding machining speeds, and the ability to map both 2D and 3D cutting processes, it is ideally suited for industries where speed and accuracy are the most important competitive advantages. The MasterLINE X brings these properties to perfection and is therefore particularly suitable for companies with a massive volume of parts, demanding contours or particularly high material thicknesses. In addition, material handling to and from the series can be perfectly automated due to the special interchangeable table design. The MasterLINE X is also available in the high-power range up to 60 kW with a working range of up to 8,000 x 2,500 mm and laser sources.
Features
Modular and heavy-duty cutting table
The MasterLINE X shuttle table takes just 20 seconds to extend or retract and can easily withstand even the heaviest loads: the structure can be loaded depending on the design with up to 550 kg per m² without any problems.
The following table sizes are available: 3,000 x 1,500 mm, 4,000 x 2,000 mm, 6,000 x 2,000 mm, 6,000 x 2,500 mm, and 8,000 x 2,500 mm. The table construction of the MasterLINE X combines maximum stability, modular flexibility, and intelligent adaptability — for maximum precision even under extreme conditions.

More laser, more beam force, more power: laser sources with an output of up to 60 kW are available for this series. Users can therefore generate even faster cutting results or cut thicker materials; they also benefit from maximum productivity, efficiency and low unit costs.
Laser sources from the renowned manufacturers IPG Photonics and Raycus provide the necessary power. Both suppliers stand for maximum process reliability and innovative products, have a wealth of experience, and a strong R&D base.
Ultra-light aluminum portal with intelligent lubrication system
Ultra-high-speed laser cutting systems require extremely fast movements. However, if the cutting gantry is not sufficiently rigid, vibrations occur that can significantly impair cutting precision. ACCURL’s ultra-light aluminum crossbeam effectively remedies this problem by combining high dynamics with the necessary stability.
The crossbeam is made of T6061 aerospace aluminum and was optimized using finite element analysis in SolidWorks and then manufactured using an extrusion casting process. The result is a particularly lightweight yet highly rigid structure that enables accelerations of up to 3G without compromising stability.
Safety concept: Protection at top speed!
The MasterLINE X guarantees safe and fully compliant operation in accordance with current CE directives. The fully enclosed cutting area, CE-compliant protective windows, and safety locks on the access points to the cutting area from quality manufacturer PILZ effectively protect operating personnel from laser radiation and fumes, for example.
With its robust safety mechanisms, the SmartLINE X minimizes the risk of eye injuries, fire hazards, and collisions, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

Excellent cutting quality with different materials
Thanks to its premium components, the MasterLINE X delivers outstanding cutting quality across a wide range of materials. Special sensors integrated into the cutting head ensure high quality and process reliability, even in multi-shift operation.
The laser system can cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, among other materials. Depending on the laser source and material, thicknesses of up to 50 mm can be processed.

Innovative filter technology
Extraction and filter systems are used wherever metals are processed thermally or mechanically and smoke or dust is generated during the machining process. The high-quality systems are equipped with the latest nano-filter technology, sensor-monitored filter cartridges and a control system that dynamically regulates the system’s performance as required for maximum energy efficiency. Interfaces such as MQTT or optional OPC UA ensure that the systems can be easily integrated as part of networked production.
Green SmartFactory 4.0: Ready for Industry 4.0
The machine is more than just an optimal entry into high-quality laser cutting: The series is prepared for the use of IndustryFusion, a vendor-independent open source networking solution for smart factories and smart products.
The networking solution developed by medium-sized mechanical engineering companies in the Industry Business Network 4.0 association together with companies such as Intel, TÜV Süd and research institutions such as Fraunhofer IGCV offers complete transparency of all connected plants and machines in your production – and as a result enables you to produce even more efficiently and automatically. Already existing machines can be easily retrofitted and integrated into the networking solution.
COMING SOON: Laser rotator for bevel cuts up to 45°
The Advanced Bevel Cutting Head from ACCURL, which will soon be available as an option, enables perfect weld seam preparation: With the beveling unit, the MasterLINE X produces ready-to-weld parts in a single step. Precise A, V, X, K, and Y bevels up to 45° can be achieved quickly, stably, and with high precision up to a maximum material thickness of 60 mm.

Control
Two powerful control options are available for the series: MSE SmartControl, developed with Eckelmann, offers an intuitive HMI, fast height control, extensive assistance functions, and is fully IndustryFusion-ready. Alternatively, the TWINCUT S80 from ACCURL enables ultra-dynamic processes with high-speed communication, automatic parameter adaptation, integrated CAD/CAM nesting software, and comprehensive monitoring for maximum cutting performance.
MSE SmartControl machine control
High-end: Industry 4.0 control with intuitive operating logic
MicroStep Europa has developed the MSE SmartControl control system in collaboration with German control specialist Eckelmann. The machine control system, manufactured for use in all environmental conditions, is used to control the cutting components and cutting peripherals. The MSE SmartControl has a user-friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface), which can be conveniently operated via two 21.5″ TFT multi-touch displays and an additional handheld device. A clear and easy-to-use graphical user interface allows for quick familiarization. The machine control system includes an industrial-grade PC. The control components are located in a control cabinet. The cables are routed in a secure cable duct. In addition to fast height control for a constant distance to the workpiece, the control system also offers CNC-controlled compensation mechanisms for optimum laser focus position. Additional functions such as sheet metal position detection, cut compensation, and wear part monitoring are integrated into the control system as standard.
The MSE SmartControl is also optimized for use with IndustryFusion, a cross-manufacturer open-source networking solution for smart factories and smart products.
TWINCUT S80 machine control
Process reliability, efficiency, and repeatability
The TWINCUT S80 CNC control system takes over the complete control of all cutting components and the associated peripherals. It is equipped as standard with a user-friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface), which can be conveniently controlled via a 21.5″ touchscreen or an ergonomic hand-held operating device. The clear graphical user interface enables intuitive operation and quick familiarization for users. The control system is based on a robust industrial PC, which is integrated together with all other control components in a separate control cabinet. The power and signal lines are routed in a secure cable duct. To ensure optimum cutting quality, the control system features fast automatic height control for a constant distance to the workpiece and CNC-controlled compensation mechanisms for precise laser focus positioning. The following functions are also integrated as standard:- Sheet metal layer detection for automatic alignment of the cutting process
- Smart Piercing for optimized piercing processes
- Smart Laser Off to reduce unproductive times
- Smooth Microjoin for improved component quality
- Auto Recut when incomplete cuts are detected
